public class FlushHandler extends io.netty.channel.ChannelOutboundHandlerAdapter
Sending a FlushHandler.FlushPacket will ensure all before were sent. This handler makes sure it's dropped before it reaches the encoder. This logic is similar to the Minecraft UnconfiguredPipelineHandler.OutboundConfigurationTask.
